More and more communication, and all payment transactions, are done electronically.  

 

This includes this year's rent increase letters which you will receive by email.  It is important to please open & receive these emails with an electronic signature.  You then have a full month to decide if you wish to renew or not with us.

 

Similarly, your Releve 31 tax slip will also be sent by email, so please keep an eye out for that !

RENOVATED UNITS & RELOCATING TO ANOTHER BUILDING

We are renovating 3-1/2 (1 bedroom) and 4-1/2 (2 bedroom) apartments in our Prud'homme Apartments building.  They are great, and you can have an idea of them here.  Please write to us if you are interested in relocating to one of them.

Also, if you wish to reloate to another of our buildings, or simply another apartment size or type, please write to us and lett us know.
